Manage B2B sales of heating elements to OEMs and industrial plants across North India. Technical background in electrical/mechanical engineering preferred. Ability to read and interpret process requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new OEM accounts across plastics, packaging, and chemical processing industries
- Prepare and follow up on technical quotations
- Provide pre-sales application engineering support
- Maintain CRM records and monthly pipeline reports
Requirements
- Diploma/B.E. in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
- Prior experience selling industrial components or heating elements is an advantage
- Fluent in Hindi and English; regional language a plus
- Willing to travel 40–50% within North/West India
Production Supervisor — Heater Manufacturing

Production Supervisor — Heater Manufacturing
Oversee day-to-day production of cartridge, band, and immersion heaters. Ensure output meets specifications, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise winding, filling, swaging, and assembly operations
- Ensure 100% electrical testing compliance before dispatch
- Manage shift manpower and daily production targets
- Coordinate with procurement for material availability
- Maintain production records and ISO 9001 documentation
Requirements
- ITI/Diploma in Electrical or Manufacturing Technology
- Experience in electrical component or heater manufacturing preferred
- Familiar with quality tools: incoming inspection, in-process control, final inspection
- Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications
Export Sales Coordinator

Export Sales Coordinator
Handle international enquiries, coordinate export documentation, and build relationships with overseas distributors and industrial buyers.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to international RFQs and prepare proforma invoices
- Coordinate SWIFT/LC payment documentation
- Liaise with CHA and freight forwarders for shipping and customs clearance
- Maintain export register and assist with DGFT/FIEO compliance
Requirements
- Graduate in Commerce, Business, or Engineering
- Excellent written English (email communication with global buyers)
- Familiarity with export documentation: commercial invoice, packing list, COO, shipping bill
- Knowledge of IEC Incoterms and LC documentation a distinct advantage
